Section 1 in The Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016.(2)They shall come into force from the 1st day of December, 2016.
