Section 6(xi) in The Bihar State Bar Council Advocates' (Welfare) Pension Scheme, 2008
(xi)The account of the Council Fund shall be audited annually by a registered/ reputed Charted Accountant appointed by the Bar Council and on such audit report, the Bar Council may issue any suitable direction. The audit report shall annually be published in BBCJ for due information to advocates in Bihar.
