Section 10(1) in The Pepsu Abolition of Ala Malikiyat Rights Act, 1954
(1)No civil Court or any other authority shall have jurisdiction to settle, decide or deal with any question which under this Act is required to be settled, decided or dealt with by the Financial Commissioner or the Collector.
