Section 12(1) in Tamil Nadu Handloom Worker (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Rules, 1982
(1)Every appeal under section 5 shall be preferred in the form of a memorandum setting forth concisely the grounds of appeal and signed by the appellant or his authorised agent and shall be presented to the appellate authority in person or sent to it by registered post.
