(1)When, under this Act or the Rules or the Regulations made thereunder, any requisition or order is made by a notice, in writing, issued to any person or persons by any Municipal Authority or any officer of the Municipality, such authority or officer shall specify in such notice such period within which-(a)such requisition or order shall be complied with, and(b)any objection thereto, in writing, shall be received by such authority or officer, as such authority or officer may consider reasonable.
