                 compelling the petitioner association to permit the fourth respondent to utilize the
                 petitioner association equipment and infrastructures for transmitting the cable TV
                 signals obtained from Sivakasi Control Room and transmitted to Rajapalayam via
                 Srivilliputhur and to the surrounding localities.

                                                        ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2017 with a grievance that the respondents are compelling the petitioner association to permit the fourth respondent to utilize the equipment of the petitioner for transmitting cable TV signals.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submit that the issue on hand has become infructuous and the parties had swapped to other MSO.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
