2. Learned counsel for the respondent has appeared on notice, however, he submits that he has not got the copy of Revision petition, he has got the copy of only limitation petition.
3. Hence, learned counsel for the Revisionist is directed to supply a copy of Revision application within a period of two weeks, failing which this Revision application stands dismissed.
4. At the request of both the parties, list this case on 04.09.2023.
