Section 15(1) in Mental Healthcare (Central Mental Health Authority and Mental Health Review Boards) Rules, 2018
(1)The Central Authority shall maintain accounts of its income and expenditure relating to each year and prepare an annual statement of accounts consisting of income and expenditure account and the balance sheet.
