(3)[ It shall apply to the manual workers engaged in construction or maintenance of dams, bridges, roads or in any building operation [or stone breaking or stone crushing or construction of pandals or brick manufactory other than the brick manufactory under the Factories Act, 1948 (Central Act 63 of 1948)] [Vide G.
