Section 29(2) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 2001
(2)[ Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or the bye-laws of a society, where the Government has subscribed to the share capital of a co-operative society other than a short term co-operative credit structure society to the extent of five lakh rupees or more, the Government or any other authority specified in this behalf may nominate another member in addition to those nominated under sub-section (1) and appoint him as Chief Executive Officer of such society who shall be the ex-officio Member-Secretary of the committee.
