(u)"Sponsoring Body" means the Tirupati Balaji Educational Trust, Udaipur is a Trust registered under the Rajasthan Public Trusts Act, 1959 (Act No. 42 of 1959) at Registration No. 3-Dev-Udai 2007, dated 20.2.2007 in the office of the Assistant Commissioner, Devsthan, Udaipur;
