Section 7 in West Bengal Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1972
7. Disqualification for membership.
(1) A person shall be disqualified for being appointed and for being a member of the Board,(i)If he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent Court, or a minor or not an Indian Citizen ; or(ii)if he has been or is convicted of an offence which, in the opinion of the State Government, involves moral turpitude.(2)If a question arises as to whether a disqualification has been incurred under sub-rule (1), the State Government shall decide the same.
