Section 48(1) in The Delhi Metro Airport Express Line, General Rules, 2010
(1)The accident and incident shall be reported by the Delhi Metro Airport Express Line employee concerned or any other person who notices it with utmost expediency to the Traffic Controller or the nearest Station Controller as soon as practicable.
