Section 2(1)(i) in The Kota Municipal Limits (Continued Existence) Validating Act, 1975

(i)"Municipal Act" means the Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 1959 (Act No. 38 of 1959), and all rules, notifications, orders and bye-laws made thereunder;
