Section 105(3) in The Gujarat Panchayats Act, 1993
(3)Nothing in sub-section (2) shall prevent the panchayat from permitting any construction referred to in clause (a) or clause (c) of sub-section (1) to stand on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
