Section 84(ii) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000
(ii)Every person authorised to collect fees shall grant the receipt to the payee, keeping counterfoil of the receipt so granted and shall render account of all receipt ordinarily once a day to the Secretary or any other person duly authorised in this behalf by him.
