(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of, namely:-(a)the Vice-Chancellor - Chairman;(b)the Finance Officer - Secretary;(c)Principal Secretary/Secretary to the State Government of the Higher Education Department;(d)such other members as may be prescribed In the Statutes.
