r The present case has earlier been referred to mediation, but the proceedings could not succeed.
Although, the parties are present in person, but they are reluctant to compromise the matter. In such situation, referring the matter to mediation will not be useful.
Accordingly, the case is now adjourned for consideration on admission.
Record of learned trial Court as well as learned First Appellate Court be requisitioned for the next date of hearing.
