CMP No. 18407 of 2022 in CO No. 42 of 2022 Learned counsel for cross objectors has submitted that he is under instructions to not press this application and his cross objections be considered for enhancement of amount of compensation commensurate to the court fee already affixed on behalf of the cross objectors. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as not pressed.
Cross Objections No. 42 of 2022 The RFA No. 96 of 2020 already stands admitted vide order dated 25.9.2020. Accordingly, the cross objections are also admitted for hearing.
