Section 53 in Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 2014

53. Extension of affiliation or recognition.

- The affiliated college or recognized institution may apply for affiliation or recognition for additional courses of study. The University shall follow the procedure as prescribed in section 48, so far as may be applicable.
