Section 9(1) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Foreign Portfolio Investors) Regulations, 2019
(1)Subject to the compliance with the provisions of the Act, these regulations and the circulars issued thereunder, the registration granted by the designated depository participant on behalf of the Board under these regulations shall be permanent unless suspended or cancelled by the Board or surrendered by the foreign portfolio investor.
