Section 12(12) in High Court of Delhi Rules for Video Conferencing for Courts 2020
12.1The procedure set out hereafter in this chapter is without prejudice to the procedure indicated elsewhere in these Rules qua specific instances in which proceedings are conducted via video conferencing.
