Author: G. Sri Devi

Bench: G. Sri Devi

THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI

CRIMINAL PETITION No. 3195 of 2019
ORDER :

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.2, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.408 of 2018 of Medchal Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC and Section 5 of APPDFE Act.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2 would contend that the petitioner has nothing to do with the chit business being run by A.1 and he is no way connected with the alleged offences and ultimately prayed to grant bail to the petitioner/A.2.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner/A.2 and ultimately prayed to dismiss the petition.

5. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the earlier bail applications of the petitioner/A.2 were dismissed by this Court vide orders, dated 30.10.2018 in Crl.P.No.11075 of 2018 and dated 04.01.2019 in Crl.P.No.12752 of 2018. This is the third bail application of the petitioner/A.2 in respect of the very same offences. There are no changed circumstances. Hence, it is not a fit case to consider the bail application of the petitioner/A.2.

6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
