01. 1. This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode.

2. Issue notice on the question of admission.

3. Since the Opposite Party No.1 will be represented by the learned Assistant Solicitor General of India for Odisha, no notice be issued to it. Let an extra copy of the brief be served on the learned Assistant Solicitor General of India for Odisha within three working days hence.

4. Since Mr. B. Das, learned counsel usually accepts notice on behalf of the E.S.I. Corporation, let three extra copies of the brief be also served on him within the time stipulated hereinabove.

02. 1. Issue notice as above.

2. Considering that the Petitioner has already deposited the demanded amount as well as the interest, this Court directs, operation of the impugned order under Annexure-12 shall remain stayed till disposal of the writ petition.

3. As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
