(1)All colleges existing in the University area immediately before the commencement of this Act shall stand affiliated to the University at such commencement.(2)The Government may, at any time, transfer to the University any institution, subject to such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between the Government and the University as regards its future maintenance and control.
