Section 38(1) in Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya Khanpur Kalan Act, 2006
(1)The officers, teachers and other employees of the University may exercise, subject to the control of the Vice-Chancellor and the superior officers concerned, such administrative and/ or financial powers, as the Executive Council may delegate through Ordinances or Rules or Regulations or by resolutions adopted by it.
