361. Orders by the Judge.
- Where a Judge in a perusal of a judgment directs that the record be sent for or notice issued, the appropriate procedure prescribed by these rules therefor shall be followed. If the order passed by the Judge contains a criticism of the judgment, it shall be put up before the Registrar for necessary orders.
