(2)One fourth of the total number of members of the Management Council shall form the quorum for a meeting of the Management Council. The Vice-Chancellor may, whenever he thinks fit and shall upon a requisition in writing signed by not less than one fourth of the total number of members of the Management Council convene a special meeting of the Management Council. When a special meeting, is convened on requisition, no subject other than that shown in the requisition shall be considered in that meeting.
