1. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is 69 years of age suffering from age old ailments such as paralysis, brain stroke and heavy diabetes. The applicant was referred to the Sasun Hospital, Pune time to time by the jail authorities and the treatment papers to that effect are annexed to this application. Learned counsel submits that except those treatment papers, it is very difficult to procure information about his present health condition from the jail authorities.

2. In view of the above submissions, learned APP is requested to take instructions from the jail authorities as to the present health condition of the applicant. Learned APP shall also take instructions as to the day to day routine whether affected by his ailment and whether the applicant is getting treatment through jail doctor or District hospital or through any other hospital.
3. Stand over to 30.09.2020.
