Section 16(1) in The Rajasthan Local Fund Audit Act, 1954
(1)The State Government may by notification in the [Official Gazette] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act No. 27 of 1957.], make rules, not inconsistent with this Act, for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.
