12. Material.
- Any suitable material which is non-toxic and provide a rigid watertight shell with a smooth, impervious, light colored finish shall be used to construct the pool. The floor of shallow areas shall have a slip-resistant finish. Sand or earth shall not be permitted to be used as an interior finish in a swimming pool.
