Date : 20.05.2025 Case taken up before the Lawazima Court.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Perused the records.

The instant matter has been carefully perused and upon such perusal, it has been Page No.# 2/2 observed that the previous Lawazima Court's order dated 29.11.2024 had directed the petitioner to take fresh steps for service of notice upon respondent Nos. 5 & 6 by registered post with A/D as well as by usual process through the office of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Cachar, within 7 (seven) days from the date of the said order.

However, from the recent office note dated 20.05.2025, it appears that the petitioner has not yet taken fresh steps for issuance of notice to the aforesaid respondent Nos. 5 & 6, despite being directed to that effect.

In view of the above, the petitioner is granted further 7 (seven) days time to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent Nos. 5 & 6 in terms of the directions prescribed by the Lawazima Court's order dated 29.11.2024.

Let the matter be listed again before the Lawazima Court on 25.06.2025.
