Section 3(b) in Licensing of Tenements and Sites and Services in Chandigarh Scheme, 1979
(b)"Competent authority" means the Estate Officer, appointed under the Capital of Punjab (Development and Regulation) Act, 1952, the Deputy Chief Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh or any other officer appointed by the Government as competent authority under this scheme.
