107. Indemnity for acts done in good faith.
- No suit shall be maintainable against any Panchayat or any of its committee or any office-bearer, officer or servant thereof or any person acting under the direction of any such Panchayat, its committee, office-bearer, officer or servant in respect of anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or under any rules or bye-laws made thereunder.
