Section 132(2) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(2)The office of the Corporation Ombudsman shall be located at such place as may be specified by the Government :Provided that the Corporation Ombudsman may, for expeditious disposal of complaints hold sittings at such places, within the local limits of his jurisdiction, as he may consider necessary.
