Section 181(2) in The Rajasthan Law And Judicial Department Manual, 1952
(2)On receipt of the notice, the Public Prosecutor shall at once submit a report to the Collector setting forth :-(a)the name, description and place of residence of the applicant;(b)the relief claimed;(c)the schedule of property belonging to the applicant; and(d)the date fixed for hearing.
