Section 90(6) in Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2015
(6)In the event of any complaint against a member of the Board or Committee, the Selection Committee shall hold necessary inquiry and recommend termination of appointment of such member to the State Child Protection Unit or State Government, if required.
