(1)The Court may, instead of making an order under subsection (3) of section 31, make an order directing the child to be placed under the care attic parent or the guardian or any other person considered by the Court to be a fit person, on such parent, guardian or other person executing a bond with or without sureties, for the good behaviour and proper training of the child for such period and on such condition as may be specified in the order.
