Section 10(1) in Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions Prohibition of Capitation Fee Regulation of Admission Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence Act, 2007
(1)No institution shall collect any fee, by whatever name called from the candidate, for admission, over and above the fee determined by the Fee Regulatory Committee and notified by the Government.
