% 27.02.2019 De hors the merits of the case, apropos the petitioner's admitted claim of Rs. 3.46 crores payable to the complainants in FIR No. 211/2018 registered under section 420 IPC at Police Station, Crime Branch, the petitioner states that he is ready and undertakes to pay an amount of Rs. 50 lacs in two equal installments of Rs. 25 lacs each. Let the first installment be paid by 31.03.2019 and the second installment be paid by 30.04.2019 to Mr. Amit Gupta, son of respondent no. 2 and Ms. Twinkle Gupta, daughter of respondent no. 2.

Mr. Rahul Mehra, the learned Standing Counsel for the GNCTD states that investigation has revealed that much larger amount in the range of Rs. 23.17 crores has exchanged hands. Out of this, Rs. 13.06 crores were transferred through banking transaction.

The learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner seeks time to obtain instructions and to file a detailed Statement of Account. Copy of the same shall be supplied to the complainant as well as the Investigating Officer.

A Status Report be filed before the next date. Interim orders to continue.

The petitioner is stated to have not joined investigations despite notices having been issued.

Should the petitioner not appear before the Investigating Officer on 06.03.2019 at 3.00 pm, the interim protection shall deem to have been vacated.

List on 09.07.2019.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
