(2)In the event of breach of any provisions of this Act, the Chancellor shall be entitled at all time to immediately take remedial action by reversing all decisions taken by any functionary or body of University and consequent upon the pursuit of such a remedial action all such actions taken by the functionary or body of the university in breach of the provisions of the Act shall be deemed to be null and void ab initio and consequently ; status quo ante shall prevail in respect of the matter or decision in breach.Chapter-V Statutes and Regulations
