(2)Before attesting the certificate of admission, the Revenue Officer shall satisfy himself that-(a)the provisions of Rules 173 to 176-A, U.P.A.A. & L.R. Rules have been followed ; and(b)the land leased out is not a part of the land which has been reserved for planned use.
