Section 5(1) in The M.P. Nagariya Sthawar Sampatti Kar Niyam, 1964
(1)When the provisional assessment list has been prepared, the Assessing Authority shall prepare a notice stating at what place and time the list may be open to inspection by the public and the date by which objections thereto may be filed.
