Section 2(83) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(83)"Storey" means the space between the surface of any floor and the surface of the floor next above it, or if there be no floor above it, then the space between any floor and the ceiling next above it, but shall not include a mezzanine floor;
