Section 22 in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 1965
22. Votes of members.
- Every member of a co-operative society shall have one vote in the affairs of the society:Provided that-(a)a nominal or an associate member shall not have the right of vote:(b)where the Government is a member of the co-operative society, each person nominated by the Government on the committee of the co-operative society shall have one vote.
