Section 4(1) in The Punjab Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, Faridkot (Acquisition and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1978
(1)The State Government shall given, in cash to the trustees an amount equivalent to the sum of eleven thousand rupees for the transfer to, and vesting in, the State Government, under section 3, of the Guru Gobind Singh Medical College.
