Section 6(f) in The M.P. Vinirdishta Bhrashta Acharan Nivaran Adhiniyam, 1982
(f)pays at rates that are grossly inappropriate or makes deliberate over payments, in violation of rules and orders, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description which may extend to three years or with fine or both.
