Section 72(1) in Orissa Panchayat Samiti Accounting Procedure Rules, 2002
(1)Every Panchayat Samiti shall maintain a list of registered contractors, who shall be eligible for submitting tenders to the Panchayat Samiti for any work to be executed by the Panchayat Samiti.
