Section 2 in Tamil Nadu Private University Rules, 2019
2. Definition.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires, -(a)"Act" means the Tamil Nadu Private Universities Act, 2019 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 14 of 2019);Words and expressions used in these rules, but not defined, shall have the same meanings assigned to them in the Act.
