Section 5(1) in Mormugao Port Employees' (Educational Assistance) Regulations, 2000
(1)In case both wife and husband are employees of the Board and are governed by the provisions of these Regulations, the Children's Educational Allowance or Reimbursement of Tuition Fee or Hostel Subsidy as the case may be shall be admissible to one of them only.
